How to upload your ID picture:

  • Upload a clear, sharp, well-lit photo (JPG or PNG, max 5 MB).
  • Face the camera straight — a frontal head-and-shoulders shot.
  • Use a plain white background.
  • No hat, cap or sunglasses; keep your face fully visible.
  • You can also capture a photo with your device camera, then crop & enhance it.
  • AI-generated, AI-enhanced or digitally altered photos are not allowed. Submit a real, recent, unedited photo of yourself (beyond cropping and brightness).

How to upload your signature:

  • Sign on clean white paper with a dark pen (black or blue).
  • Scan it, or take a clear, sharp photo directly above the paper — no blur.
  • Avoid shadows, creases and lines; keep the background plain white.
  • Upload the image (JPG or PNG) — the editor removes the white and trims the edges.
  • No image? Use the Draw tab to sign with your mouse or finger.
